Boise Police say they found over two dozen bags of marijuana on a bus in Boise Tuesday.

Police say they received a report of a possible narcotics violation in a bus that stopped for unscheduled maintenance at near 13th street and Bannock street.

When officers arrived, evidence indicated that a bag located in the cargo area of the bus possibly contained marijuana. Police conducted a search and found the bag held several vacuum sealed bags that tested positive for marijuana according to BPD.

Officers say they located the owner of the bag, identified Richard Berry, 51, of New York. They say Berry was taken into custody.
